We have a king size Nectar mattress purchased directly from Nectar. This one is nothing like it. This mattress is way softer, you sink in. It only had one pillow that is made with a completely different fill material than the real nectar. There were no materials about the warranty or even the special little mattress opener. I think this is a counterfeit. I am very disappointed. Update According to the company. The mattress is genuine after checking the tags. This is unfortunate because this means that they have lessened the quality of the materials.
