It definitely a wrap organizer.
What a waste of money. Great to hold rolls great, which is why it's a wrap organizer. However only ziplock brand sandwich/snack boxes fit on 2nd/3rd shelf. Will not fit storage/freezer bags or other non-ziplock bags. Absolutely disappointed!! Easy to assemble definitely not so sturdy.
