This product should not be listed on amazon or anywhere really. It comes with a page that says the installation and owners guides can be found on directed.com. I bought the factory refurb version, so I was not all that surprised. I went to their website and it is locked behind a username/password area for dealers only. I contacted Directed (manufacturer of Avital) and they stated they will not provide the installation guide. They also said it is only supposed to be installed by an authorized directed dealer. Bottom Line: DO NOT BUY the company is not interested in working with their customers just their dealers. I wont be buying any products from Directed or their subsidiaries in the future. There are plenty of other companies who are happy to help their customers, Directed is not one of them.
