I purchased this pan in hopes of owning a quality pan instead of buying a new one every other year or so. I loved it the first couple of weeks, but within a month it turned into the worst pan I have ever owned, ever, including the little one i use while camping. If this pan were a movie it would be on MST3000. I contacted costumer service and they informed me that the rare and unique cooking oil I was using, "Olive Oil" and the fact that I used it over the recommended low setting to cook, 'proteins' overloaded the Thermelon. In other words instead of making it right, they just explained away the problem. If you put anything negative on their facebook page they delete it. This pan sucks, so does the company, stay away.
