Hello, I ordered this chair on the 06/10/2017 and the delivery date was 06/16/2017. I understand, things happen. I really really really wanted the chair before I left this week for work so I could assemble it, but like I said, things happen. So the delivery date got pushed back to 06/19/2017 and I won't be able to set up the chair before I leave. Dang. When I return home on 06/22/2017 you can be damn sure I'm excited to assemble and use my new chair =). It was unfortunate and very disappointing when I opened the box. Right off the get go I could see all the small hardware was missing. Sucks. As I miserably unpacked the rest of the chair I noticed one of the arm rests were missing too. Luckily, they managed to pack me a CARGO STRAP?!?! I can only assume it's to hang myself with in my state of depression. Please explain to me what I have to do in order to get the required remaining pieces to this chair so I can use the product I purchased. Very unsatisfactory. =(
