Anti-Maoist Propaganda of the Worst Kind
Much like her other book, "Wild Swans", this is another piece of Imperialist-apology and anti-Communism that would make Joe McCarthy proud.
It reads like cheap fiction, and in the end, has little historical value.
Read "Red Star Over China", "Fanshen", and "From Ike to Mao" instead.
