Finally decided to buy a new straightener that is more expensive than the one I bought from Walmart. I was so excited to be finally getting a new one until I got it. The first time I tried it out I wasn’t happy. I didn’t want to put it on high heat so it would damage my hair and it didn’t even straighten anything so I had to put the temperature way up for it to work. And yes I took small pieces, still didn’t work well. The straightener feels like it’s a cheap quality and it says that it doesn’t snag hair, well mine did me it ripped some hairs out. And today I tried to curl it and it sucked. It wouldn’t curl my hair how I thought it would. I used small pieces and some bigger but it was the same. And like 20 minutes after using it my hair became rough, frizzy and tangled. I am very disappointed in this product. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!
