I was so excited about this pillow. I suffer from neck pain and I need a pillow that will properly align my spine while sleeping. Unfortunately this pillow did not work for me. When lying on my back the pillow made my head tilt forward even with the removable padding removed. The indent for the head is not deep enough so my head didnt sink in enough and as a result my head was tilted too high up and did not relieve my neck pain so I am returning and buying the one I know will work for me. I only bought this one because it was half the price of the one my friend let me borrow. Now I know I just meed to buy the more expensive one because it works soooooo much better and gives me the relief I have been searching for.
