Much better built and smoother rolling that the original wheels. The shipment was prompt, the wheels installed easily without tools. They are quiet and smooth rolling. Had to decide whether to replace the wheels and the lift mechanism or buy a new chair and decided I'd take one shot at new wheels and the lift cylinder. Good decision since the rest of the chair was solid. Update: Lasted 11 months on a sealed concrete floor. see photo My solution, though it rewards mediocrity, was to buy another set of the same casters and replace only the broken one. That leaves four more replacements on the shelf as needed. 2nd Update: CRESNEL, the seller saw this post and contacted me to either refund the price of the casters or provide a new set stating there was a recall of a prior batch. 5 Stars for CRESNEL.
