I was really disappointed with this purchase. In the photo you can see how thin it is and it is extremely soft. You can see I can squeeze it easily just my hand and my fingers can touch. It’s that thin. When I contacted support and got no support, and posted a review, my review got taken down. In summary, the product AND service have failed and deserve less than 1 star.
