Will not survive a real fire.
This will not survive, even a bit, in a real house fire. We lost ours in the recent fires in Butte County. The bag was in shreds and turned to powder upon touch. Well made, and would likely help if it were inside a safe too. Our bag was not in a safe, so we didn’t have much hope. Do not depend on this bag for fire protection - buy a safe and layer your important documents or money in several protective bags/cases.
