Normally I don't write reviews but I intend to start because of how often I received used parts when I paid for new, this is the latest in a reoccurring problem. Bought directly from Amazon, the box arrived torn and a little beat-up. The anti static bag was torn and the protective clear cover that is normally adhered to the back plate was removed and stuck to the lid. The card was wiped clean except for a thin layer of dust that covered the fan blades. When I used compressed air to clean the metal heat fins a cloud of dust bellowed out from the card. After closer inspection very small scuffs and scratches were apparent, the replacement card was fine. This happen again yesterday when I bought Windows 10 Pro directly from Amazon, the box arrived in cased in clear shrink wrap, when unboxing everything look normal with pristine paperwork. I installed on a new computer with virgin MM2 drives but the video drivers would not install, a pop up dialog box said the drivers were incompatible with this older build version of Windows. I installed everything in Windows Update and flashed the latest BIOS with no luck. Tried to activate windows with no success. Called Microsoft, they said the product key has already been activated by someone else. I returned the item and bought Win 10 pro from Best Buy which installed and activated without issues. I have no problems with the ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 2080 Ti OC Graphics Card or Windows 10 pro, I'm only giving a low rating to Amazon for the unnecessary drama. Cheers
