Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Despite all the cheery "we will never do anything bad with your information, honest!" they parrot, they neverless install Flurry Analytics and Google Analytics into your device, according to their own privacy policy. Both major traffickers in information. Specifically yours if you let them in the door. Technically, the developers aren't doing anything with your information---they're letting other companies in to do things with your information. Kudos to the developers for at least letting you know what is in there, but it shouldn't be in there. Push notifications are also utilized. Not only can push notifications run without the app being active, they communicate quite nicely with the outside world...without you even opening the app. All you need to do is turn your device on. This is supposedly so they can spam you with ads every time your device is on---but the information highway goes both ways. Information in and out. Use your own discretion. If you don't mind being the product for sale, then by all means, install and enjoy every data mining bit of spyware code out there. But if you value your information and your privacy, if you don't want to be the bits and bytes on the auction block, then beware of what you install.
