Got these as an Xmas present. Wore them for the first time in May. Were OK - heavy and not the most comfortable for walking, but when standing still they felt good on the bottom of my feet. After 4 or 5 uses (less than 8 hours total) the left toe strap just snapped while walking down the sidewalk pushing our stroller. I contacted the company and they didn't respond for a while. After 4th contact (3 by email one by phone) they responded that Amazon purchase isn't an authorized reseller so there is no warranty. They suggest buying new ones directly from them and I'll be happier with the new ones and they'll have 6 months of warranty. Below average sandals to start - worst sandals ever for durability, warranty, customer service, etc.
