Don't be an idiot (like I was) and buy this product. I purchased for my Oxo glass electric kettle and it descaled it as promised. Works great, actually. However, this product is simply a citric acid solution. Instead, buy a 1 or 2 lb bag of food grade citric acid (<$10). Add about 1 tablespoon to your kettle of water for the exact same results. A bag of citric acid will last YEARS and comes at a fraction of the cost. Shame on Oxo for fooling me once. Don't you be fooled as well.
