I enjoy a good apocalyptic story, such as the author's Yellowstone series. There were a couple o preview chapters for this book in the last Yellowstone book, so despite seeing that the rest of the series wasn't yet written (??), took the plunge and purchased this. The story and its varying POV characters rolled along great until a quarter of the way in, whereupon the political bias reared its ugly head. Supporters of the current administration and our president get enough grief from all sides in the media; we don't need it in the books we read for entertainment. In the past I might've sucked it up and continued on, but I'm sick and tired of getting pummeled with this blatant nonsense, and won't support it. Bye, Mr. Akart. I'll not be purchasing any more of your books.
