Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I just now received this in the mail. I was so looking forward to using it, but the LED arrived bordering on dead. It's not anywhere NEAR as bright as it was in the demonstration videos I had seen, and at one point, it just didn't turn on at all. I could probably switch out the battery on my own to make it work, but I won't do that because I paid money for a new product. I had a reasonable expectation for it to work out of the box. Now I have to go out of may way to buy a return envelope and take it to the post office. I'm at least happy for free return shipping.
