Bought this Air Fryer as a replacement for another brand. The concept of air frying is amazing and you will be very happy with the results. BUT and it is a MAJOR ISSUE for me is the unit fry basket began peeling the coating on the inside of the basket. It was mixed in with food as well. Where the coating has peeled and exposed metal it has now begun rusting. I reached out to Customer Service and this is the response (below) I got: (I cannot recommend a product that is unusable after eight weeks AND they won't stand behind it...I will try to add a photo later that better shows the issues) Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, coating is not covered under warranty. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You can use foil on the base tray and secure it to prevent additional peeling.
