I bought not one but THREE of these protected covers for mine and my husbands brand new IPhone 6+'s. The first two arrived and one was cracked all the way down the center so I returned it and ordered a new one. I should of known there would be problems from there. My husband has had the tempered glass on his phone for less than three weeks and dropped it for the first time on Sunday. The tempered glass as well as the screen itself are now shattered. After one simple drop. I don't know how you can claim your product to be : "Explosion-proof, shock-proof, pressure-resistant and anti-scratch function, protects your device perfectly" Becasue it certainly isn't. The phone had a case on it as well and still was shattered. Upon writing to customer service and sending multiple pictures I am being told that I will either receive a refund or a brand new protector. WHY WOULD I WANT ANOTHER SCREEN PROTECTOR??? THEY CLEARLY ARE GARBAGE AND DON'T PROTECT FROM ANYTHING. I want someone to fix or replace my brand new $750 iPhone that I trusted would be safely protected by your product. As promised.
