This is what I have to say... 1) There are two kinds of sugar substitutions in this that I cannot use. 2) It DOES NOT mix well with cold water. 3) It has the nastiest taste I've had for awhile. So, normally I check the product is returnable for refund, which I did this time, HOWEVER, I did NOT actually click on it to see that it is NON REFUNDABLE because the words in the Refund section clearly says "Return Policy: Eligible for Refund or Replacement". NOT TRUE. It is eligible for REPLACEMENT if damaged or defective only. So I contacted Amazon Customer Service! What an amazing experience that was. They were able to provide me a refund because of the exact statement I said above, plus I told them that the company that actually makes the product offers 180 CASH BACK GUARANTEE. I suggested they only allow companies that provide the same as what the product they are selling. Thank you AMAZON for your awesome customer service and making it another reason I am a PRIME MEMBER!
