Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I specifically bought this pen and paid the extra money because the reviews were better than the competitor. I just got my pet pen in and all but two panels have paint chipped off of it. I had literally just taken it out of the box! Some of the panels even already had rust on them. To pay almost $100 and get something that is already defective is really an inconvenience and shows how much they care about their customers. At this point I need the pen or I would send it back for a refund so I guess at least they got my money. When this pen needs replacement I will be sure to take my business elsewhere.
