Doesn't work like a real gift card.
Can not be used for partial payments like a real gift card. If your total is greater than what's on the card you can't use it at all. Now the game becomes trying to get as close to the balance as possible without going over as opposed to actually getting what I want and using this to reduce my total owed. Luckily I got it for $42 so all I have to do is get my tab above that and below $50 so I can get my money back out of it. Definitely won't be falling for this scam again.
