Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

After reading/seeing all the wonderful reviews for this product, I decided to give it a try. I didn't have the stellar results as others. Instead, it made my gums hurt. No, I was not brushing hard. Yes, I was following the instructions and using a soft bristled toothbrush. It was painful and made my gums inflamed. My husband used it for a few days and didn't notice any difference either. About 3 days in, it started to agitate his gums as well. I am returning the product, obviously.
