Absolutely rigged for pay to play
The odds are not random at all. Once you get to about level 1000, you suddenly hit brick walls of "bad luck" which are blatant attempts to force you to pay for perks. It's not just bad luck where you might think oh gee, why can't I get this one color. It's that every single chance drop intentionally screws you. There are videos online proving it. This is a money grab game, end of story.
