I bought this product about a month ago as a desk chair to be used around 6 hours a day. It worked really well and was very comfortable. . . for 3 weeks. Then one day after completely normal use, I sat down and the chair sunk. All of the way down. As I bought this to be a tall chair for my desk, it was useless as a short chair. My first step was to troubleshoot, to fiddle with all of the knobs and see if I could fix it myself. I couldn't. So, I went to the company's website and filed a claim asking for help trying to fix it. Two weeks, and no response. So, I reached out through Amazon. Another week and again no response. It was the last thing I wanted to do, but the time came where I had to replace the chair with a completely new one from a different company. I'm very disappointed; a good chair with a mechanical problem showed the complete failures of this company and their customer service. They wasted my time and my money and I'm sure they wouldn't hesitate to waste yours.
