Do. NOT trust seller!! I hadn’t even had this device for two days and literally only used it within a 24hour period and it already began SEVERELY malfunctioning for something as simple as me reading my e-textbook that I had downloaded to pdf format. For them to send a device that began glitching from the get go tells me that they knew it was a faulty product. I am so disappointed as I really needed it for school!! On top of that I can’t even buy a new one until I get refunded! Also because the return packaging label was unpaid and the box they gave me inadequate I spent 52.24 dollars just to return the IPad. What a horrible experience. Amazon needs to terminate this seller’s account
