The latches for the waste bucket were cheap and broke within the first two uses. I called the company and they sent a replacement vacuum that took two weeks to receive. The replacement vacuum didn't work either because the extension wand wouldn't lock on to the body. Can't push it back and forth without dust flying everywhere. The customer service people admitted that these two problems were very common. Still waiting for a vacuum that actually works.
