The sunny exercise bike worked for the first six weeks without any problem.   After six weeks it started making loud sounds each time the wheel pedals turned, loud thump sounds like something was broken inside, and turning the wheel became more hard.   After inspecting the bike, it became clear that the “ball bearing cage” was damaged and broken. ****See pictures****   Usage of the bike: Once a day for 25 minutes at 16mph. I’m 5"7 and weigh 140lb.   My first impression of the bike was that it was a great investment. The bike itself is nice, a perfect size, and the little computer that tracks your progress is very helpful. However I cannot use the bike anymore because “ball bearing cage” is damaged and broken making the bike useless. This experience has left me very disappointed, I cannot use my Sunny exercise bike. It’s a waste of money. I thought that I would be able to use it for about +3 years but it only lasted less than 2 months.   I will contact Amazon & the manufacture to see what could be done regarding this issue.
