This MCT oil is from Palm NOT Coconut
They don't tell you on the pkg what source the MCT oil is from - I had to write to the company to find out - also this product contains Silica Dioxoide which is not considered to be the safest because there is no guarantee the particle size is large enough so it does not cross the blood brain barrier. BUT it tastes Great! Not enough to keep me using this product.
