The comforter was shoddily constructed, with plastic and human hair sewn into the seams and little or no feathers in some of the pouches. I had been contacted by Pure Down and at first they were terrific, but then they decided to be blackmailing jerks about giving me a refund, saying that they would process it through only after I rewrote my review in a positive light. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT: AVOID THIS TOXIC COMPANY! I am reporting them to Amazon and, with any luck they won't be able to do this to anyone else.
