FOR ANYONE WITH GLUTEN SENSITIVITY OR CELIAC DISEASE BEWARE: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT GLUTEN FREE!!! I had a classic gluten reaction to the product which for me is two days of abdominal pain, cramping, trips the bathroom, headache and brain fog. The product has been extensively tested by Gluten Free Watchdog (a lab that independently tests products for gluten levels) and it is way over the threshold for gluten free status. The owner of Gluten Free Watchdog has contacted the company about their product as well as the FDA because it is an absolute deception to label it gluten free. When products undergo certain types of processing it breaks up the gluten segments which can make some tests show the product below gluten free thresholds; in these cases a more specialized form of testing is necessary. The manufacturer did not use the specialized form of testing required to show the gluten in the product and therefore incorrectly states the product is gluten free. It is too bad because the product itself tastes amazing and dissolves very easily. I'm more than disappointed.
