So different than Season 1 :(
Season 1 was so, so good. Like many others, I eagerly awaited Season 2, but I am sadly disappointed, though I am holding out some hope for improvement as the second episode was a bit better than the first. My first impression was that this show now seems like a cleaned up soap opera. There is so much flirting going on between a host of characters, and Elizabeth's outfits have completely changed, making the show NOT appropriate for family viewing. Another small gripe is that the hairstyles, though lovely, are totally not true to the time period that the series is trying to portray. I already bought the season pass...otherwise I would probably not even bother with this season. So sad.
