Registration is impossible. I had to call Canopy twice to register a $46 item--and when I spoke to the rep the second time he wanted all kinds of personal information (address, phone number) I'm loath to give over the phone.. The calls were taking an age, so I gave up rather than waste more time. Canopy is running a lucrative scam in which you the customer do the work (registering, struggling with the impossible website, etc.). Moreover, you're obliged to agree to "terms" in fine print you don't have time to read, but you suspect contain all kinds of disclaimers so if you ever do actually make a claim, Canopy will find a way to wriggle out of it. In other words, you'd probably need a lawyer in order to recoup a loss. Recommendation: stick with the manufacturer's warranty. Don't waste your time or your money on Canopy.
