I was looking forward to having this product as I had tried some while in Miami in 95 degree heat and was happy to have it so convenient to use with a cold bottle of water. Unfortunately, this stuff must be old, it's a solid, sticky lump in the bottom of some of the tubes, others simply clump together and don't fully dissolve, creating a gross looking beverage. I don't see a method of contacting the seller other than to go through the exchange process, which is a pain for me as I live in a rural area with no local UPS office. If the seller contacts me and offers to replace the product or refund me I'll update my review. See the picture!
