i bought this alarm clock based on all the positive reviews here on amazon but for the life of me i cannot understand why so many positive reviews, this is the worst alarm clock i have ever used. the design is terrible, the controls to set the alarm are non-intuitive to say the least, the snooze is only for 5 min which i hate maybe most of all. to snooze the alarm you press any one of the buttons in the back ONCE, to turn it off you press any one of the buttons twice. this has caused me to turn off the alarm by accident many times. if you press the button ONCE but really wanted to turn it off you have to wait 5 min for it to beep again in order to turn it off. there are some positive things about it: 1. it looks cool. 2. you are able to turn the light completely off and activate it by sound (although in practice this does not work to well). 3. it has Three alarms which you can set to different times. 4. it can be programmed to not wake you on weekends. if the snooze duration was programmable and the controls were better and not so confusing it would be a real winner. I have given it a chance for several months now and have have decided that enough is enough i have woke up late too many times and need to replace it.
