I ordered the TV on 5/24. I received it on 6/3. Yes, that is a long time for prime. In the week I have had this tv. I couldn't turn on the TV, via the remote or the by directly on the tv. I had to unplug and finally it worked. Last night, I was watching TV and all the worked was the on and off button. I had to unplug and it had to reboot... This is all in one week- of a brand new tv.
