There's No3 years warranty at all. Amazon or karcher are lying.... Yesterday I was using my pressure washer and water start coming out from the inside of the gun, I was thinking a o-ring but due the high pressure and the bad poor quality of the parts the valve opens in half (2 parts plastic modling). I CALLED KARCHER SERVICE AND WARRANTY, and they said I have to.pay for the part and the shipping. Attached is the proof of payment in full. The lady in the phone said the only part with warranty is the pump and it will be exchanged with a refurbished in case of fail. I also told her my soap container doesn't works and she said I have to pay shipping and they will repair and provide a new bill. Please Amazon remove 3 years warranty your offering.
