Recent comments here are accurate. Sticks from lot #2189027242 seem to be unable to connect to Netflix. Roku says it's a Netflix problem and Netflix says it's an ISP problem. I replaced with a new unit from a different lot and it works perfectly. The product is good. Everything except for Netflix was easy to setup and works as expected or better. I'd probably rate it 4 stars today given the lack of support trying to identify the issue with the bad unit received, before that it would have been a 5. But the sticks currently shipping from Amazon seem to have come from a bad batch and I'd suggest avoiding any new orders until those units work out of the supply chain.
