I fell for the fast and cheap solution of something that is intended to be actually great. After I received the product I noticed a very strong rubber smell like a set of new tires. The smell wouldn't go away even after cleaning it and airing it out. Then I started doing the research I should have done before buying this (In my excuse, it was a Xmas gift) and found out that Hz and G-Force are the 2 key components in GRT. Also the difference between pivotal and linear machines is important. This machine came with little to no customer support and when I asked them about the G-Force they replied they didn't know. Now that I upgraded to a product capable of G10, and compared the two products side by side, I know this machine can only produce a fraction of what is needed for real results in this type of training. On the positive side this is actually a pivotal machine which impressed me, but it doesn't produce a very high G-Force and the seller couldn't answer how much it actually is. Not worth it the money spend in my eyes. Amazon was awesome and accepted the return.
