I bought the 10 LB vest. Pro- I’m a small woman and it fits well. It’s snug and just fine for my small frame. Con- The material is very very rough. I wore it out for the first time today. I ran 2 miles and had to stop because it was so painful. I wore a tank top and it blistered my shoulders. I likely won’t wear it with a sleeved shirt either, unless the top is something I don’t care for, since it will likely ruin the top bc the material is so rough. I will try to sew some lambs wool to line it...but absolutely am not thrilled I have to do that.
