I was impressed with the sound quality. I would definitely give it a five-star rating. Unfortunately, the right earbud stops working after about twenty minutes of use. I will return them and get new ones from Apple Store. UPDATE: I immediately received a response from the seller who provided me with troubleshooting tips and a mailing label to return the earphones if necessary. I'm glad to report the tips work. I haven't any more issues so far. I would now give them a five star rating.
