I really like the maxiclimber. My experience with the company was horrible. One of the welded on parts was broken off. After exchanging emails with pictures for several weeks showing the broken part. Maxiclimber decided to send me one screw. I asked several times if they were sending the part the welded part was welded to and they never responded to the question. Don't expect them to help with any problems. I will tell people that I really like the maxiclimber
