My HP Deskjet 1112 suddenly stopped working as soon as I installed a new ink cartridge. Since that one is no longer available, I decided to purchase this. When it arrived, I decided to read the reviews about set up, and they are correct~ it's NOT EASY!!! I ended up calling HP support and the tech set it up for me remotely and it took him over an hour to finally get it to function. That was on a Saturday. On Tuesday I decided to complete a document and when I went to print, it failed, stating Error Message. I unplugged, then re-plugged and it printed a portion, then stopped again. I reached out to HP customer service, hoping to get the same kind of assistance I had during the set up, and unfortunately, the reps were not at all helpful or accommodating. Went to HP on their social media pages to inquire and still waiting for help. Today, I noticed all the lights on the printer for reasons unknown! Once again, I unplugged. Honestly, I long for the old printers with the CD rom. All these bells and whistles are making a simple task impossible! DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!!!!!
