I received these and anxiously unboxed them and plugged them in to replace an old semi-blown pair of speakers I have at my desk. I was immediately dissapointed by the lack of highs and lows. These speakers deliver an abysmal mid-heavy flat sound that is not worth the price tag. I can't believe this is a BOSE product. I returned them immediately and purchased a set of M-Audio AV-42's instead.
