I was so excited to get this with same day shipping, I just couldn't wait to test out steaming a shirt of mine. I open the box and bring the water tank to the kitchen to rinse out before I use it and the tank won't stop leaking. I don't know how that's supposed to work and it's unlike any other steamer I've used before. I got the water to stop leaking by squeezing the tank together but as soon as I released my grip, water started flowing out the bottom of the tank again! It got my carpet and clothes extremely wet. Definitely a return, and only after 2 hours of recieveing it!
