the enamel on the entire purchse is flaking off- I bought close to 1,000.00 worth for christmas gifts for each of my children as cast iron is the best and enameled cast iron even better. I've watched this flake off right as I am using it. not sure of Cuisinarts method of coating but these didn't make it through one omonth of use. do not buy
