Check your part/model number to see if you received what you ordered.
I have ordered two of these and subsequently returned both; the outside package had a label that matched the specifications: P/N 435-00002-00 but when I removed the outer sleeve I noticed the inner box was sealed with a label saying 435-00001-00 - it appears FLIR is repackaging older stock with a newer part number. Double check the both labels to see if it matches what's on your order.
