Pretty good unit. Does a job fairly well on my vinyl california pool. My only complaint is the support from the company (maytronics). The PSU has died twice. The first time I needed to spend a week going back and forth through email and being on hold for 30 mins on their provided phone # to get warranty service. Eventually I found a dealer pathway (now closed up) that let me get my warranty part. I am going through the second time now and they are referring me back to the phone number where you wait on hold for 30 mins. I get a feeling that they make it difficult on purpose. UPDATE: After second warranty'd PSU.... they were unable to change the address to send the part to for some reason. They would also not answer my question about replacing some filter grids. I've changed my rating to two stars. I can't recommend this product. With how much it cost vs the very elementary level of support you get with it.
