I actually love this bottle and have bought more than one as a gift for someone. Why 2 stars then? Its because I would give this product a much different rating for the 'screw on' wide mouth lid, versus the 'flip' lid. AND I confirmed by messaging the company that the product page was changed to only show 1 lid on purpose. Apparently Amazon doesn't always deliver both lid styles with the bottle.... the flip lid may get lost or detached.....so you have to go through an extra step to message the Company to get the second lid style. I HATE THE WIDE LID. I love using the Flip Lid at my desk at work. It keeps my drink cold all day and won't spill. . Given that SM stated that they updated their product page to remove photos of both lid styles, and took it out of the text, intentionally removing the promise of that product feature, instead of fixing Amazon's delivery issue.... I must rate this product low. I would order more colors of this bottle for use at home, in car, etc but ONLY for the Flip Lid. I don't believe the Company should have changed the product features, or removed the 2 lid guarantee, and kept the bottle on the same product page. With Flip Lid, 5 Stars. With only Wide Lid, 1 Star. Given that it makes a huge difference to the use of the product..... the historical product ratings don't really relate to the current product being delivered.
