received product on time but when we put it together it was missing 20 bolts to assemble, We went to hardware shop to buy bolts so that we could use grill for July 4th grill out. Upon using it once the color faded and looks 2yrs old after one use. the metal brackets that hold the ash tray at the bottom broke at the welds. I called customer service and they would not help they said I had to file claim 'online", I asked to speak with a manager and I was told that was against their policy and I could speak with a rude supervisor that would speak over me and not even listen to my concerns. I was told that she was paid well enough to handle all complaints then hung up on me. Policy in manual says you cant return item after using it so it amounts to $150.00 to cook 3 steaks ! I have bought hundreds of items on line and have never fely compelled to write a review until now. this is the worst customer experience I have had since the inception of online shopping. If you are interested in this type of grill I suggest buying from retail outlet that may help you. Do not count on the manufacturer supporting their product.
